PTL-HT high-temperature lift and pull film coater is widely used for various high-temperature lifting and coating studies. The sample is fixed under the lifting wire, run down to the charging box under the furnace tube, impregnated in the liquid-phase film material for a certain period of time, and then pulled back into the furnace tube for heating to make the film cured rapidly. The heated furnace tube is capable of providing a lifting and coating environment at temperatures up to 1000°C. The machine comes standard with lifting wires for working environments of 800°C and below, and special customization or customer provision is required for lifting wires working at 800°C-1000°C. The PTL-HT high-temperature lift and pull film coater is especially suitable for materials that are grown at high temperatures, such as ceramic-based films, crystal-based films, and battery materials. The PTL-HT high-temperature lift and pull film coater can adapt to the future development needs of film forming technology under high temperature conditions. The machine is simple to operate and easy to clean. Therefore, the machine is widely used in the laboratories of colleges and universities, research institutes and enterprise units.
Main features：
1. Ordinary impregnation lifting film coating machine are to provide a temperature environment below 200 ℃, this machine heating furnace can provide a high temperature environment below 1000 ℃, to facilitate the preparation of special materials coating film, the machine standard lifting wire for 800 ℃ and below the working temperature, higher than 800 ℃ lifting wire need special customization and customer provision.
2. Can be used in nitrogen, argon and other inert protective gas atmosphere, but also in the oxidizing atmosphere.
