PTL-MM02-500 programmable vertical lift and pull film coater is a precision equipment specially prepared for the study of the growth of thin films in liquid phase on substrates. The sample surface will grow thin film for vertically lifting the sample impregnated in liquid. The machine adopts precision stepping motor to subdivide the stepping angle by the driver, which can precisely control the lifting speed and make the machine run smoothly during the lifting process. The lifting speed of the sample, the impregnation time of the sample in the liquid phase film material, the speed of the sample into the liquid and the number of cycles of the sample coating, and the drying time of the sample can be controlled by the control system. PTL-MM02-500 program-controlled vertical lift and pull film coater adopts high-precision speed control system and touch screen parameter input terminal to realize the automatic control of the whole process of lifting and coating. The machine is small in size, simple and convenient to operate, and is ideal for coating larger samples in laboratories and small production workshops at room temperature.

Product Specification
