MSK-AFA-IID small cast automatic drying film coater is mainly used for laboratory coating liquid-like or colloidal film use. The equipment adopts stepless variable speed motor to precisely control the film coating speed to achieve the purpose of advancing the squeegee for film coating at an even speed, and the squeegee is made of full stainless steel with constant weight, which can improve the consistency and uniformity of the film coating. The equipment adopts bottom vacuum adsorption sample and has bottom heating function, the heating temperature can reach up to 120℃, which can realize the function of baking film at the same time during the film coating process and make the film dry quickly. The equipment is equipped with a squeegee limiter, which can adjust the length of the coated film arbitrarily and automatically reset the squeegee after it reaches the limit. The upper cover has the function of dustproof and heat preservation, also makes the device look better.
Features:
1. The equipment adopts stepless variable speed motor to precisely control the coating speed.
2. Adopt the horizontal bar to push the debuggable scraper, and there is no special requirement for the shape size of the debuggable scraper.
3. The waste material collection box placed on the left edge of the vacuum suction plate can collect the excess paint to ensure the cleanliness of the equipment itself and the surrounding area.
4. The bottom intelligent vacuum heating suction plate and the drying system with digital display temperature control can adapt to the development of science and technology of film formation under high temperature conditions.
