MSK-AFA-II-VC automatic coater is widely used in various high temperature coating research, such as ceramic film, crystal film, battery material film, special nano film, etc. MSK-AFA-II-VC automatic coater adopts vacuum adsorption method to fix the substrate, which makes the substrate wrinkle-free in the coating process, thus making the coating more uniform and smooth. The width of the film remains the same, and the thickness of the film can be adjusted according to the micrometer above the squeegee, with a small gap between the squeegee and the substrate, the film thickness is thin; with a large gap between the squeegee and the substrate, the film thickness is thick. The length of the film can be controlled according to the stroke of the squeegee, the limit stroke of the squeegee is 550mm, and the MSK-AFA-II-VC automatic coater can also add the corresponding drying equipment according to the customer's needs to meet more requirements of film production. The machine is compact in size and suitable for use in various laboratories.
