MSK-AFA-IIID small cast automatic drying film coating machine is a bottom heating type small automatic cast film coating scraper designed and developed by our company, mainly used for laboratory coating liquid-like or colloidal film use, the equipment adopts stepless variable speed motor for precise control of the film coating speed to achieve the purpose of advancing the scraper for film coating at an even speed, the scraper is made of full stainless steel, with constant weight, which can improve the consistency and uniformity of the coating film. The equipment adopts bottom vacuum adsorption sample and has bottom heating function, the heating temperature can reach up to 120℃, which can realize the function of baking film at the same time during the film coating process and make the film dry quickly. MSK-AFA-IIID small cast automatic film coating and drying machine has a squeegee limiter, which can adjust the length of the coated film arbitrarily and automatically reset after the squeegee reaches the limit. The upper cover has the function of dustproof and heat preservation, also makes the device look better. Our small cast automatic film coating and drying machine is carefully designed to facilitate the operator to coat high quality wet film on different substrates, which greatly improves the repeatability of the coated film.

4. The intelligent vacuum heating suction plate and the drying system with digital display temperature control can adapt to the development of science and technology of film formation under high temperature conditions.
5. The machine adopts bottom heating method to bake glue in the process of glue application.
