Product Description
The LITH-KJ04A is an Angle Dependent Dip Coating unit designed for nanolayer deposition on substrates by controlled immersion in coating solutions. The system allows angular variation from 0° to 45° with independent parameter control for each of the four beaker stations.
Operating Principle
The substrate is withdrawn from coating solution at a precisely controlled angle, simultaneously coating both surfaces with differential film thickness. This method reduces required coating steps to achieve desired thin film properties.

Application Guidelines
• For optimal film quality, substrates should be pretreated with plasma cleaning
• Ultrasonic dispersion of nanomaterials or solution homogenization is recommended
