The MSK-PN110-S pneumatic button battery sealing machine is cylinder driven to achieve the encapsulation and decapsulation process for button batteries. The standard configuration sealing mould can be used to seal series of button batteries with a diameter of 20mm such as CR2016, CR2025, CR2032, etc. After replacing the mould accessories, other diameter button batteries (such as CR2450, CR1620, etc.) can be sealed. Optional dismantling moulds are available for complete dismantling of positive and negative battery cases after button cell sealing to facilitate the ingestion of samples of internal battery materials for research and analysis.
