The MSK-2300A hydraulically balanced electric roller machine is a high-precision sheet and coil rolling machine, which is provided by a hydraulic system for roller rolling and is suitable for applications with high requirements for rolling force and consistency of the rolling gap. The machine is ideal for the rolling of positive and negative electrode sheets for the lithium-ion battery industry, with good uniformity in the transverse and longitudinal directions and a high quality appearance of the rolled product.

Integral gantry frame with CNC precision machining to ensure high precision and stability.
The rolls are made of imported cold-rolled chromium-molybdenum material with chromium-plated surface after heat treatment, high hardness inside and outside and good wear resistance.
Patented design hydraulic balance rolling mechanism, stable pressure retention, good uniformity of transverse and longitudinal rolling.
Inclined block type roll gap adjustment device with gauge adjustment.
Design rolling force collection and storage function, can monitor rolling force curve.
PLC control, HMI operation, convenient and easy to use.
Optional MSK-2300-RD roll take-up and unwind device for continuous rolling of coils.
