The MSK-110D Small Hydraulic Button is a small hydraulic button battery remover product developed by MTI USA. The standard configuration can be used to remove all CR20 series button cells. It has the advantages of small size, easy operation and precise disassembly. It is primarily used for sample ingestion studies of internal battery materials.

The normal button battery disassembly pressure gauge reading is 50kgcm2-60kg/cm2. the machine has been set at about 65kg/cm2 before leaving the factory, such as in special circumstances require more force (maximum force 200kg/cm2 about 8 tons of pressure) to be adjusted only after consulting the manufacturer. |
