Pre Sintering and Debinding Automatic 1200℃ Integrated Furnace Available in 95L and 630L Configurations
Introduction
The debinding & pre-sintering integrated furnace is suitable for integrated heat treatment processes including debinding, pre-sintering and sintering of precision electronic ceramic components such as dielectric ceramic filters, low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC), multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC), ceramic circuit boards, optoelectronic communication ceramic chips, atomization sensors, as well as precision debinding and sintering of aluminum nitride substrates, silicon nitride substrates, nitride ceramics and oxide ceramics. It can also be applied to the debinding and sintering of ceramic functional parts and appearance parts in the 3C industry, such as zirconia ceramic mobile phone backplates, watch cases, piezoelectric ceramics and oxygen sensors, as well as debinding, pre-sintering and sintering of semiconductor ceramic devices, 3D printed ceramics, optical ceramics and magnetic ceramics. Featuring stable temperature control, low energy consumption and a clean furnace chamber, the equipment is ideal for batch production and scientific research in universities, research institutes and enterprises.
Product Features
Reasonable Structure: The furnace chamber is built with high-quality Morgan TJM refractory bricks, ensuring longer service life and higher cleanliness. The furnace mouth and door are independently developed, with low maintenance cost and quick replacement. The specially designed insulation layer greatly reduces surface temperature rise, preventing scalding and saving energy.
Uniform Temperature Control: Three heating zones plus dual preheating for thermal field control, with switchable high/low temperature hot air circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution during low-temperature debinding and high-temperature sintering. Equipped with national standard Class I precision thermocouples for temperature measurement.
Simple Operation: Standard manual program control system; upgradeable to touch-screen integrated control system for long-term repetitive operations. Both systems support automatic opening/closing of the debinding port and automatic switching between low-temperature debinding and high-temperature pre-sintering stages per preset programs.
Safe Use: Equipped with a pressure detector to set and monitor furnace pressure. The debinding port opens automatically when overpressure is detected. The furnace also features door-open power cut-off and over-temperature protection.
