Product Description

Vacuum (Debinding) Pressure Sintering Furnace is mainly used for vacuum sintering and pressure sintering of metal matrix powder metallurgy products, as well as vacuum infiltration of copper tungsten alloys.

Copper tungsten alloys, high density alloys, cemented carbides, etc.

 

Technical Features

  • Adopts special furnace chamber structure and heater arrangement, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity.

  • Equipped with specially structured debinding box with reliable sealing, enabling thorough debinding without contamination to furnace components.

  • Provides multiple functions including flexible vacuum pumping, vacuum sintering, pressure sintering, micro positive pressure sintering, partial pressure sintering, negative pressure debinding, TOWAC debinding, and micro positive pressure debinding.

  • Utilizes advanced thermal insulation structure and materials, featuring good thermal insulation performance and low heat storage of the furnace chamber, achieving over 20% energy saving compared with traditional designs.

  • Compatible with process atmospheres: N₂ / Ar / H₂.
