Equipment Overview
The high vacuum debinding & sintering furnace is a high-end heat treatment equipment integrating debinding and sintering functions. It is mainly used for processes such as Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM), and can complete binder removal and material densification under high vacuum environment.

Furnace Structure: Double-layer water-cooled structure with a "round-in-square" design; the furnace chamber is lined with ceramic alumina fiber.

Heating Element: High-quality Si-Mo rods with three-sided heating for uniform heat distribution, reaching a maximum temperature of 1700℃.

Vacuum System: Consists of mechanical pump + molecular pump + dust filter, with an ultimate vacuum degree up to 6.7×10⁻⁴ Pa.

Wide Compatibility: Suitable for MIM, CIM, PIM and other forming processes.
