Application

  • Suitable for injection molding (MIM), pressing (PM), isostatic pressing (IP), 3D printing and other processses.

  • Suitable for metal materials such as stainless steel, iron-based, and hard alloys; engineering ceramic materials such as silicon carbide and silicon nitride.

 

Features

  • Original Large-area Heating Technology: Far superior to linear heating mode with excellent furnace temperature uniformity, achieving a true temperature deviation of ≤±5℃.

  • Superior Furnace Atmosphere Flow Control Technology: Ensures more balanced interlayer airflow for complete debonding effect. It keeps the partial-pressure sintering furnace interior much cleaner with fewer residual contaminants, delivering more stable performance of sintered products (e.g., carbon content can be stably controlled within standard values).

  • Higher Loading Capacity & Larger Product Sintering: Features stable full-load furnace sintering with a yield rate up to 100%. It enables easy sintering of large products that are difficult to process stably; the maximum weight of mass-produced products can reach over 900 grams.

Debinding Process: Vacuum debinding, negative pressure carrier gas debinding (N₂ or Ar)

Sintering Process: Vacuum sintering, partial/constant pressure sintering (Ar or N₂)

Cooling Process (Optional): In-furnace vacuum cooling, cooling rate control per temperature drop curve, gas circulation rapid cooling (N₂ or Ar)
