The MSK-AFA-III automatic coating and drying machine is a small coating machine with automatic drying function. By pushing the precision film maker at a uniform speed, a smooth and even coating effect has been achieved. The instrument uses vacuum adsorption to hold the substrate in place so that the substrate does not crease during the coating process, resulting in a smoother coating. The drying system is equipped with strong air heating and a digital display for temperature control; the temperature, coating speed and coating stroke are adjustable. The squeegee is equipped with a precise adjustment of the coating width and thickness, and is able to adapt to future developments in the science and technology of film formation under high temperature conditions. It is widely used in various high temperature coating studies, such as ceramic films, crystal films, battery material films and special nano films.
