Product Description

The high vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used for the sintering of metal matrix powder metallurgy products, as well as for processes such as titanium powder hydrogenation and dehydrogenation.

 

Application Scope

Tungsten alloys, magnetic materials, high-density alloys, molybdenum alloys, titanium alloys, tantalum-niobium alloys, high-temperature alloys, etc.

  • Adopts a special furnace chamber structure and heater arrangement to ensure excellent temperature uniformity.

  • Equipped with functions including flexible vacuum pumping, vacuum sintering, micro positive pressure sintering, and partial pressure sintering.
