The Equipment Application

This electric furnace is a cycle operation type, widely used in functional ceramics, optical materials, carbon composite materials, hard alloys, powder metallurgy, etc. for sintering under high temperature and vacuum conditions, and can also be shaped and sintered under the protection of gas.

 

Structure Description

The electric furnace is a vertical integrated structure, which consists of a furnace cover, a furnace body, a furnace bottom, a heating body, a vacuum system, a base and an electric control system.

Furnace body

It adopts a double-layer water interlayer structure, the inner layer is made of 304 stainless steel, and the outer layer is made of carbon steel with electrostatic spraying. The flange plane is provided with a sealing groove. The "O" ring is used for vacuum sealing, and a water cooling device is installed (to prevent the "O" ring from aging due to excessive temperature). There are air extraction, air intake, thermocouple holes, etc.

Furnace door

It adopts a double-layer sandwich head structure and is cooled by water.

Furnace frame

It is welded into a box-type structure by section steel and steel plate, and the furnace body is placed on the box body, which is beautiful and generous.

Vacuum system

The vacuum system consists of one TK-200 diffusion pump with cold trap, one 2X-30 mechanical pump, manual high vacuum baffle valve, vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa), inflation valve, deflation valve and vacuum pipeline. The mechanical pump is connected by a metal corrugated hose quick connector (to reduce vibration), and the vacuum degree is measured by a digital display composite vacuum gauge.

Temaperature control

The power regulator is used to control the temperature, the instrument is Yudian instrument, with P.I.D adjustment, over-temperature sound and light alarm function, the electrical components are Chint brand, high temperature control accuracy, easy to operate

Gas system

There is one air inlet and one air outlet in the whole system, which can be filled with air.

Water cooling system

It is composed of various pipeline valves and other related devices.

Electronic control system

 

The electronic control system adopts thyristor configuration, with P.I.D function instrument, multi-band digital display meter, and over-temperature sound and light alarm function.

Cooling system

 

The water cooling system is fed from the main pipe, and sent to the furnace body, furnace cover, furnace bottom, electrodes, vacuum pump and other places that need to be cooled through each branch pipe, and then collected and discharged. Each cooling water is equipped with a manual valve, which can adjust the flow according to the needs. There is an electric contact pressure gauge on the water inlet pipe, when the water pressure is lower than 0.1MPa, the heater can be automatically cut off.

Transformers and connecting cables

 

Use matching dry-type transformers and cables.

Heating element and heat shield

The heating element is processed into a cylindrical structure with electrode graphite, and the heat shield is made of graphite, carbon felt, and graphite felt (1 layer of graphite cylinder, 4 layers of carbon mat and 4 layers of graphite felt, each layer thick 10mm or more), good thermal insulation performance, uniform heating, large radiation surface, good thermal shock resistance, and rapid heating and cooling. The insulation layer and heating are separated, easy to maintain and remove, and the insulation cover is supported and fixed by a stainless steel frame.

One year limited warranty with lifetime support, excluding heating element,cooling fans,thermocouple damaged by user.
