Product Description
Vacuum Debinding Sintering Furnace is mainly used for debinding and sintering of metal-based powder metallurgy products. It is suitable for debinding treatments of binders such as PEG, paraffin wax and rubber.

Iron-based, stainless steel, cemented carbide and other products.

Adopts special furnace chamber structure and heater arrangement to ensure excellent temperature uniformity.

Equipped with a specially structured debinding box featuring excellent sealing performance, realizing complete debinding without causing contamination to furnace internal components.

Equipped with multiple functions including flexible vacuum pumping, vacuum sintering, pressure sintering, micro positive pressure sintering, partial pressure sintering, negative pressure debinding, TOWAC debinding and micro positive pressure debinding.

Adopts advanced thermal insulation structure and materials, which endow the furnace chamber with superior thermal insulation performance and low heat storage, achieving energy saving of over 20% compared with traditional designs.

Compatible with process atmospheres: N₂/Ar/H₂/CH₄/NH₃.
