Product Overview
It is mainly suitable for bright tempering of various materials after vacuum quenching, and can also be used for recrystallization annealing and aging treatment of non-ferrous metals.

Insulation materials: Composite metal shield structure (heat-resistant steel + stainless steel), rigid graphite felt, composite metal shield structure (molybdenum + stainless steel)

Cooling medium: High-purity nitrogen or high-purity argon

Compact structure with high degree of automation, meeting environmental protection and energy-saving requirements

Safe and stable operation; the system supports fault self-diagnosis, audible and visual alarms, and corresponding interlock protection functions

Optional configurations: High-vacuum system or customized effective zone dimensions as specified by customers
