Product Description

Vacuum debinding furnace is mainly used for debinding treatment of metal matrix powder metallurgy products. It can remove binders such as PEG, paraffin wax and rubber. It is widely used for debinding of extruded bars, molded products and other workpieces.

 

Application Scope

Tungsten alloys, high-density alloys, molybdenum alloys, cemented carbides, etc.

 

Technical Features

  • Adopts special furnace chamber structure and heater arrangement, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity.

  • Equipped with specially structured debinding box with good sealing effect, realizing thorough debinding without pollution to furnace components.

  • Functions include flexible vacuum pumping, vacuum pre-sintering, negative pressure debinding, TOWAC debinding, micro positive pressure debinding, etc.

  • Uses advanced thermal insulation structure and materials, featuring good thermal insulation performance and low heat storage of the furnace chamber.

  • Suitable process atmospheres: N₂ / Ar / H₂.
