System Overview

A high-performance ultrasonic spray coating system equipped with focusedwide-spray, or scattered ultrasonic nozzles, supporting parallel multi-nozzle operation. Features dual auto-loading vacuum-heated platforms for uninterrupted continuous coating, along with a precision constant-flow metering pump for 24-hour stable liquid supply. Integrated auxiliary modules (gas control, substrate heating, vacuum suction, exhaust system) make it ideal for pilot-scale production and large-area thin-film fabrication.
