Automated Multi-layer Spin Coater with Heating Cover and Solution Dispenser

VTC-100ML automatic multi-layer spin coater is suitable for preparation of perovskite materials, semiconductors, optical crystals, and others coatings. It is capable of automatically completing the whole cycle of dispensing, spin coating, and drying processes. Therefore layer-by-layer coating of two different solutions up to 1000 layers to form the target film. The equipment is equipped with vacuum chucks of different sizes for various sample size and heating lamp on the top cover for quickly drying the wet film.
