Principle & Applications
Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) is an advanced powder metallurgy sintering process. The equipment loads metal and other powders into a mold made of graphite or other materials. Using upper/lower punches and electrified electrodes, it applies specific pulsed current and pressure to the sintering powder. High-performance materials are obtained through discharge activation, hot plastic deformation, and cooling.
