Ceramic Sintering Bell Type Furnace with 1600℃ to 1750℃ High Temperature Capability
Product Introduction
Bell-type furnace is a periodic high-temperature sintering furnace. It is designed for high-temperature sintering of electronic ceramics, zirconia ceramics, alumina ceramics, dielectric ceramics, magnetic materials, nanomaterials, etc., as well as pre-sintering and sintering of special ceramic targets, and annealing of high-purity quartz, sapphire and other materials.
The furnace chamber is assembled from polycrystalline mullite fiber or high-quality new-process nano-ceramic foam fiber, featuring high cleanliness and corrosion resistance. Equipped with high-quality silicon-molybdenum rods as heating elements and a four-side heating chamber, it ensures uniform temperature distribution. The furnace adopts an electric lifting mechanism with a stable base.
It features easy operation, stable temperature control, good temperature uniformity and energy saving, suitable for laboratory use in universities and research institutes as well as batch production in enterprises.

Reasonable Structure
1600℃ Bell Furnace: Furnace chamber is made of high-quality mullite ceramic fiber, usable up to 1600℃.
1750℃ Bell Furnace: Furnace chamber adopts new high-performance nano-ceramic foam fiber, with service life 2–3 times that of conventional fiber. It offers high cleanliness, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for long-term operation below 1700℃. Low thermal expansion and contraction coefficient prevents deformation and collapse of the furnace chamber.
Uniform Temperature Field
Heating elements (silicon-molybdenum rods) are evenly arranged on four sides to improve temperature uniformity. Independently installed heating elements facilitate inspection and replacement; rod replacement without shutdown reduces production and experimental losses.
Easy Operation
Standard configuration: manual program control system. Upgradeable to touch-screen integrated control system for long-term repetitive operations. Ventilation system can be automatically opened/closed by program or switched to manual control.
Stable Lifting
Electric lifting platform with cart-type design ensures smooth lifting and fast loading/unloading after sintering. Lifting position of the furnace door can be set during cooling to accelerate cooling as required.
Safe Operation
Lifting mechanism is equipped with limit switches for reliable operation. Column guide design eliminates chain skipping/jitter and hydraulic leakage. The furnace also provides door-open power cut-off and over-temperature protection.
