The GWL-XL Series 1000℃ high-temperature furnace integrates the control system and furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight aggregate material.

It uses high-temperature alloy resistance wires (molybdenum-containing, surface temperature up to 1400℃) or silicon carbide rods as heating elements. This furnace is specially designed for laboratories of universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to sinter, melt, analyze and produce ceramic, metallurgical, electronic, glass, chemical, mechanical, refractory, new materials, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals and other compound materials.

The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, power switch, main heating start/stop button, voltmeter, ammeter and computer interface for real-time monitoring of system operation. Adopting reliable integrated circuits, it features good working environment and strong anti-interference performance. The furnace shell temperature is ≤45℃ at maximum temperature, greatly improving the working environment. Microcomputer program control supports programmable temperature curves, fully automatic heating and cooling, and flexible parameter/program modification during operation, making it easy to operate.

The furnace chamber is entirely made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight aggregate material, featuring high operating temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracking or spalling, and excellent thermal insulation (energy saving over 60% compared with traditional furnaces). With a reasonable structure and double-layer air-cooled furnace shell, it significantly shortens the test cycle.

Notes

1. Recommended max. heating/cooling rate: 10–20℃/min (fast heating shortens element life)

2. Non-vacuum sealed structure; do NOT feed flammable and explosive gases

3. Minor cracks in furnace chamber after use are normal and repairable with alumina coating

4. Corrosive gases are not recommended; inform us in advance for strong corrosive gases (S, Na, etc.) for special furnace treatment

5. Prevent high-temperature solution leakage onto furnace bottom; use backing plate or alumina powder6. Install in well-ventilated, non-humid area
