Technical background

For open liquid nitrogen containers commonly used in existing laboratories, the liquid nitrogen is transferred to the target container in the following ways:

A. Method 1, the way of dumping; The disadvantages of this method are: ① it is laborious, especially for the liquid nitrogen tank with more than 30L volume, a person usually cannot complete the liquid nitrogen dumping; (2) Unsafe, dumping liquid nitrogen flow is not easy to control, easy to cause liquid nitrogen splash, overflow, low temperature liquid nitrogen splash and spill, easy to bring personal safety risks.

B. Method two, pneumatic liquid nitrogen pump; The shortcomings of the liquid nitrogen pump are: (1) the liquid nitrogen is slow, the use of human air pump or electric air pump to the liquid nitrogen container into the air, only when the air pressure reaches a certain degree of liquid nitrogen will be pressed out, delay sense is obvious, low efficiency; ② Liquid nitrogen is polluted.
