Lab 1200C Box Furnace with Vacuum and Atmosphere Capability
Introduction
As shown in the diagram, the GWL-ZQLB series vacuum atmosphere box furnace integrates temperature control system, vacuum chamber, vacuum pump, gas circuit, pressure protection, gas flow control, positive/negative pressure display, and water circulation pump. The water circulation tank and furnace body are integrated. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material.
It uses electric heating elements as heat sources. It is a special device designed for laboratories in universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises for sintering, melting, analysis, and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new materials, special materials, building materials, metals, nonmetals, and other compounds.
The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, power switch, main heating start/stop button, voltmeter, ammeter, computer interface, water pump switch, vacuum pump switch, gas flow meter, positive/negative pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, and valves for real-time monitoring. The furnace adopts reliable integrated circuits with good anti-interference performance. The furnace shell temperature during operation is ≤40°C, greatly improving the working environment. It features microcomputer program control, programmable temperature curves, automatic heating/cooling, and editable parameters during operation, making it flexible and easy to operate.
Temperature control accuracy: ±1°C (no overshoot); constant temperature accuracy: ±5°C. Fast heating rate, maximum ≤45°C/min.
The furnace chamber uses vacuum-formed alumina lightweight material, featuring high working temperature, low heat storage, thermal shock resistance, no cracking, no slagging, and excellent thermal insulation. With a rational double-layer air-cooled structure, the test cycle is greatly shortened.
