Application

Vacuum sintering furnaces are widely used in universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, chemical engineering, metallurgy, ceramics, new material development, organic substance ashing, and quality inspection. They are also suitable for production and experiments in military, electronics, medical, and special material industries.


Introduction

A vacuum sintering furnace is a furnace that performs protective sintering on heated materials in a vacuum environment. There are various heating methods, such as resistance heating, induction heating, microwave heating, etc. A vacuum induction sintering furnace is a type of vacuum sintering furnace that uses induction heating for protective sintering, which can be classified into power-frequency, medium-frequency, high-frequency, and other categories.

A vacuum induction sintering furnace is a complete set of equipment for sintering cemented carbide tips and various metal powder compacts by medium-frequency induction heating under vacuum or protective atmosphere. It is designed for industrial production of cemented carbide, dysprosium metal, and ceramic materials.


Features

  • The furnace body adopts a double-layer shell structure made of 10 mm steel plate (carbon steel shell), welded by a pressure vessel manufacturer to ensure airtightness of welds, free of sand holes, cracks, or other leakage points. It is reliable, meets national standards, and features multiple protective designs with excellent performance.

  • The heating element is a high-temperature heating component with high load capacity, stable performance and long service life. A full-copper isolated transformer is used for safe operation.

  • Fast heating speed: typically 60–90 minutes to heat from room temperature to 1600°C.

  • High temperature control accuracy, small temperature overshoot, with temperature compensation and calibration functions; accuracy: ±1°C.

  • Equipped with imported temperature controllers with program function, supporting heating curve setting and programmable 2 groups × 16 segments.

  • Integrated structure to save space; excellent exterior design, elegant and generous.

  • All electronic components are brand-name products with leakage protection, ensuring high reliability.

  • The furnace alarms automatically for over-temperature during operation and executes protective actions.

  • Can be charged with hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and other inert gases; supports pre-pumping to vacuum up to -0.1 MPa (customizable to 1 Pa, -1 Pa, -0.01 Pa, etc.). Equipped with glass rotameters, inlet and outlet pipelines, etc.

  • Side-opening furnace door (left to right). The door and furnace top adopt stainless steel extrusion sealing. The door and furnace body are equipped with a circulating water cooling system. The furnace is provided with gas inlet, gas outlet, and vacuum port.

  • Double-layer water-cooled shell can be customized to protect the silicone sealing gasket and accelerate cooling.

  • Furnace door sealing uses a 20 mm thick wire-cut flange with embedded O-ring silicone gasket, locked by stainless steel handwheels.

  • Optional large-screen paperless recorder for real-time recording of heating curves; equipped with memory card for data analysis and printing.

  • Temperature grades: 600℃, 800℃, 1000℃, 1200℃, 1400℃, 1600℃, 1700℃, 1800℃
