2300℃ Vacuum or Controlled Atmosphere Heat Treatment Oven with Resistance Heating Hot Press
Basic Principle
A vacuum hot pressing furnace is a complete set of equipment for hot press forming of materials under vacuum (or other atmosphere) conditions. It mainly adopts graphite resistance heating, with the upper and lower pressure applied by a cylinder-driven pressure head. At high temperatures, solid particles in the green material bond with each other, grains grow, pores (voids) and grain boundaries gradually decrease, and through mass transfer, the overall volume shrinks and density increases, finally forming a dense polycrystalline sintered body with a specific microstructure, thereby pressing the material into shape.
Equipment Features
-
Horizontal, side-opening structure: High precision in mold loading and unloading, and easy operation.
-
Fast heating rate: Heating rate of 1~10°C/min (≤1600°C); heating rate of 1~5°C/min (>1600°C).
-
Excellent temperature uniformity: Average temperature uniformity of ±5°C (measured at 5 points, tested after holding at 1000°C for 1 hour in the constant temperature zone).
-
High pressure accuracy: Equipped with a servo hydraulic control system, with pressure accuracy of ±3‰.
-
High safety performance: Controlled by HMI + PLC + PID pressure sensors, ensuring safety and reliability.
-
Excellent sealing performance: All dynamic pressure heads are sealed with bellows to ensure no air leakage.
Structure and Composition
The horizontal vacuum hot pressing furnace mainly consists of the furnace body, furnace door, heating, heat preservation and temperature measuring system, pressurization system, vacuum system, water cooling system, inflation device, electric control system, etc.
