2000C Vacuum Carbon Tube Furnace with for MIM Component Debinding Plus Sintering
Equipment Overview
The vacuum carbon tube furnace is a high-end heat treatment equipment integrating debinding (binder removal) and sintering functions. It completes the removal of organic binders and material densification processes under vacuum or controlled atmosphere conditions, with a dedicated debinding collection box inside the chamber. It is especially suitable for high-purity, easily oxidized, precision-formed materials, such as Metal Injection Molding (MIM) parts, cemented carbides, ceramics, and special alloys.
Product Features
-
High-purity sintering: The vacuum environment completely avoids oxidation and decarburization. Binders are removed via vacuum pumping or inert gas carrying, leaving no residual carbon, with product density ≥99%.
-
Process integration: Debinding and sintering are completed continuously, reducing contamination from part transfer and improving yield.
-
Energy-saving and eco-friendly: Vacuum insulation design lowers energy consumption; binder volatiles are centrally collected and recycled.
-
Multi-functionality: Compatible with MIM, CIM (Ceramic Injection Molding), PM (Powder Metallurgy) and special alloy sintering processes.
