Introduction

Zirconia ball mill jar has the advantages of good wear resistance, high strength and low abrasion, which can maximum ensure that the raw materials to be ground will not be mixed with other impurities.

Zirconia material has excellent physical and chemical properties such as high hardness, high strength, high toughness, high wear resistance and chemical resistance. Zirconia has been widely used in various fields such as ceramics, refractory materials, machinery, electronics, optics, fiber optic communication, watch and jewelry, aerospace, biology, chemistry and so on.

Pure zirconia is a senior refractory raw material with a melting point of 2715°C. It can improve the high temperature viscosity of glaze and expand the temperature range of viscosity change, and has good thermal stability, and its content of 2%-3% can improve the anti-cracking performance of glaze. Because of its chemical inertness, it can improve the chemical stability and acid and alkali resistance of glaze, and also can play the role of emulsifier. The molecular weight of pure zirconia is 123.22, and the theoretical density is 5.89g/cm3.
