1400℃ tube furnace is not split type.

Furnace structure

1.Double layers forced air cooling structure,the temperature is less than 60℃.

2.The furnace material is made of high purity alumina fiber, which can minimize energy loss.

3.All inert gas,mixed gas,nitrogen,carbon dioxide,water vapor,argon gas and oxygen etc.

4.Can be set up one or more air inlet end,each air inlet are equipped with needle valve,flow meter,connect the vacuum table,vent connected air flow,all with needle valve hole.

Installation mode of furnace tube: horizontal, motor can rotate 360 degrees. 0-30RPM( adjustable)

Warm Tips

1.The air pressure in furnace tube should not be higher than 0.02mpa

2.Because of the high air pressure inside the cylinder, the pressure relief valve must be installed on the cylinder when the gas is pumped into the furnace tube. The pressure relief valve range is 0.01mpa-0.1mpa. it will be more accurate and safe in use. 

3.The flow of gas into the furnace tube should be less than 200 sccm to avoid the shock of the large cold air flow on the heated alumina tube.

In order to obtain higher vacuum faster, stainless steel bellows are recommended.

In order to obtain a higher air outlet rate a higher vacuum degree is obtained，our standard is KF Flange.
